We prepare leaders to address complex social issues, uphold democratic values, and foster a commitment to ethical, equitable, and inclusive public service in Orange County and beyond.

Orange County’s Public MPA

CSUF has offered the MPA since 1968 and is the only public MPA program in Orange County.

Built for Working Professionals

Courses run evenings (7:00–9:45 PM), with face-to-face, synchronous online, and hybrid options.

Career-Centered

Most students have 3+ years of public sector experience; alumni move into leadership roles locally.
